We stayed here for winter season. Will do it again in a heartbeat, it was nice to get away from our New Brunswick winter. There isn't anything we didn't dislike about starting there . .

Very conveniently located almost right downtown Ft Langley. Right on the river for swimming plus has a outside swimming pool. Walking distance to restaurants, tourist attractions and groceries. Very clean washrooms, the grounds are well kept. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Book ahead if you want to be there on a weekend. They are popular.

We love Fort Camping. So much we decided to stay for the entire winter. There are trails around the campground to walk and bike with the kids and dog. The Fort Langley town is so nice and only a 10 minute walk away. The train comes around every hour or so... you eventually don’t even notice it... and it’s not that bad as some say. We’ve had a few loud groups (tent area) that stayed over for a weekend or two. But nothing that kept us from sleeping. Staff is friendly and the laundromat is very clean and works perfectly (no need to dry four times). We just love the ambiance, nature feel and closeness to littles shops ans restaurants. Best spot out of Vancouver so far.

Better than most of the private campgrounds. Negatives: Nice spot but be prepared for the train to wake you up every hour. Showers are pay per minute, laundry is costly better to find one elsewhere. Campground is devoid of trees and privacy is rare. Some spots are better than others. Reserve system is poor as you cannot reserve a single stall but let known where you will be when you get there. Most staff are friendly but some are rude as in the check in lady was really demeaning last time we where there. Positives: River close by, lots of activities each day for children. Pool is heated, and play park for children is decent. General store is on grounds but some of the prices are too high for market. Travel 5.8 kms to the Save on foods for ICE or essentials. Conclusion: Great for a weekend getaway, hard to stay long periods.

We love to stay at Fort Langley to finish off our vacation of touring the province in our 5th wheel. It has so much to offer in the little community, as well as the trails along the river. You can pull in and not need to get back in your vehicle until you leave. Two things which we would like to see improved for next time is, the potholes in the roadway are like canyons, very hard towing a trailer through as well as dangerous if walking in the dark. The other being it would be nice to have the cable a little better quality. Overall it is one of our favourites.
