awesome owner, will definitely do business again. guy talks and doesn't give off that "only want your money " feel. Even though i know its a business, you actually feel like you're talking to someone. class act, A plus customer service. great store, small compact, just ask and he will let you know what he has in stock. and will help you out with all your needs. great place.

I'm not sure if its the owner, but he seems knowledgeable when it comes to firearms. The other guy need to get up to speed on the products he sell. But overall good price & friendly staff. For those who complain about the buzzing in to get service, my explanation would be they sell "controlled" goods. For the safety of the staff & customers they take extra precaution. It doesn't phaze me one bit

This guy lies, tries to trick you into buying crap and is in the meantime about as sharp as a bowling ball. gave me false information to buy a product and rushed me saying he is closing soon! He also charges $ 10 handling fee, meaning if you touch the product you are interested to buy you have to pay $10. he also claims of being an employee. what a goof!

Take your business ELSEWHERE Piece of garbage business. In the last year alone I've easily spent over $1,000 at this business. I will never return again. Ended up buying a 6x IR optic last time I was there, and he would not include batteries even though the box says "batteries included", then tried charging me $15 PER BATTERY! Quoting "$15 is fair price" - what a Jew. This is a sad and pathetic excuse for a business, let alone a firearm/tactical accessories shop. Fearing for his life, thinking someone will molest his pathetic self, then rob his store, the man will not let more than 2 people in his store at a time. Which again, truly goes to show you how pathetic this man and his business are. Don't bring your business here.

My experience at ark army Surplus is very bad because the owner there one of the employees are very paranoid They think you are going to rob them they won't allow more than two customers in the store so basically when you go and open the door to go inside the Store the door is locked you have to ring the doorbell and sometimes it takes 2 to 3 minutes until the owner will open the door he will look through the window and he will decide whether he should let You in the store because they're paranoid he think you are going to rob them and the prices are very high there and when you want to take a look at their firearms they won't allow you to look at the firearms you have to call and make an appointment what is the point of that they have the firearms in the back they don't want to take the fire arms out because they are scared someone in the store is going to rob themI know this 100%I've been in there over 100 times you can tell they are very paranoid The way they look at you but I will not be returning because I have to call and make an appointment to take a look at a firearmI I am going to take my business elsewhere so that's my experience very high prices poor customer service oh and forgot to mention all sales are final everything you buy there's no returns or exchanges

The sales guy could not answer i straight question, would the rifle fire? His reply was does not know, but it did survive a war or two. And that all sales are final ! I know its a old rifle but come on... some reasurrance you are spending your hard earn dollar

AVOID! Cramped and cluttered environment would be an understatement. The guy there is a scammer, con-artist and isn't knowledgeable regarding his products - gives you false information. Take your business and hard earned money elsewhere.

Very well priced got a travel pack and fairly nice guy. Store is a little weird with waiting to be buzzed in. But best price out of the army surplus places in toronto

Products were as advertised on the website and prices even not counting discounts best in the GTA. Also, the staff was very helpful and courteous. What's not to like?

Don't waste your time. Made two separate trips to check out this store. Both times had a sign on the door saying too many people inside, please wait. Wasted an hour in total.
