I have always had great interactions with the Optical Shop. The owner and staff are always professional and knowledgeable about their craft. When I do have an issue with my spectacles they can usually fix it on the spot or within a very reasonable time frame. Good value for your hard-earned dollar.

Joel, the owner of this shop always has the customers' best interests in mind, and goes out of his way to ensure they're satisfied with their eyewear. My family, friends and associates have been going to this shop for almost 20 years and the service has never changed. On a recent pair of glasses that were semi frameless, he wasn't happy with the way the edge of the lenses were finished. He sent them back and had them refined so I'd have the perfect pair. That's customer service at its highest level in my books.

Very unpleasant experience the person at the front did not prices and couldn't interpret the prescription. I doubt that this people have lincese to take any measurements. So just be careful they are very expensive.
