Two weeks after I got my car, it started to make some squeaky noise whenever I drive slow. Since my car was still under warranty, I brought back to the dealer to have the problem fixed. It sucked knowing that after two weeks of owning the car, there are already problems. They accessed the situation very fast and tried to fix the problem without a fee. They unfortunately misdiagnosed the noise thinking it was the brakes. We had to go back twice because the problem was still there. Nonetheless, in the end they gave us a courtesy car and kept the car longer to figure out the problem. They were able to fix the problem. Although we had to go through some back and forth, they gave an overall excellent service. Everyone in the service department was very nice. Even if someone that buys a car shouldn’t have to go through what I had to go through, they accessed the situation fast and fixed the problem. The after sale service is very good.n——————————————————-nnThe overall experience was good. I was looking to buy a used car. The salesman was nice and understanding. The used car manager also was helpful and friendly. Everything went well until we met with the F&I Lisa. She was rude and looked like she didn’t care about her work. It isn’t easy to contact her. I booked a date for the delivery of the car and had to switch date. I called in the morning and only heard from her later in the day. On the delivery day, she gave us a time and was late by at least 1:30. She never came to see us to let us know that she is behind her schedule. It’s understandable that it’s possible to be late but she could have took her time to inform us of the situation or at least tell her coworkers to let us know. The salesman had to do her job and go through all the paperwork and payment. In the end, we never got to see her for the car. Thankfully he did because I don’t know how long we would have waited more. She was aware that we weren’t happy about the situation and she never came to at least apologize for the situation. I even saw her pass by and she looked at us with an attitude. Anyway, from what I experienced, she lacks some customer service skills. Pretty dissatisfied.

I especially appreciated that I never felt pressured to make a purchase, which is important to me as a first-time buyer.nnThe negotiations were fair, and I felt that my concerns were taken into consideration. The pick-up was quick, and everything went smoothly. They also took the time to thoroughly go over any questions or concerns I had.nnI would highly recommend Valleyfield Toyota to anyone looking for a straightforward and pleasant car-buying experience.

Worst service ever from sales agent Samuel brossoit! Told me the car is available took all my information next day is sold! Why go through the hassle. Avoid this dealership. You will only have bad experience.
