Back in November, I purchased a used car from them that they had received in a trade in. I'm from out of town, but the price was great so I drove in. They were pushy about getting the extended warranty, but that's to be expected. My issue is that when I brought the car home, I realized there was moisture in both front headlights and they are dim at nighttime. They told me to bring it in to them to get checked out, because it was under the 1-month warranty included with purchase. I did, and after, this resulted in months of me calling to see if they will fix the problem, and everytime was given a different reason why they couldn't address my problem and that they would call be back later. They never called back or fixed it. I do not recommend buying used from this dealership.
I recently visited this Honda dealership after confirming over the phone that they were open to negotiation. I drove two hours based on that assurance. However, when we sat down at the table, the first thing the salesperson said was that there was no room for negotiation. This was very disappointing and felt misleading.nThe salesperson’s approach during the discussion was quite aggressive, which made the experience uncomfortable—especially for such a significant purchase. When we decided to leave, they offered a $1,500 discount, but by that point, it didn’t align with our expectations or the level of service we anticipated.nOverall, the experience did not meet our standards for transparency and professionalism. For a major investment like a vehicle, clear communication and respectful negotiation are essential, and unfortunately, this dealership fell short.nUpdate: We were able to find an agreement on the price over the phone. The delivery was not as smooth as we expected: small touch-up promised not completed, only one key for the car without any note on the description nor notified by the seller during the sales process. The Management team is caring about the customer feedback but this experience is not a 5 stars.
Showed up unannounced on a Saturday, barely an hour before closing. Salesman, Jonathan Comtois was very polite and helpful. No stress, enjoyable conversation. Let us leave for a test drive with no hassles. Car was exceptionally well cleaned 2020 Civic, clean building, clean parking lot. Car was ready within the timeframe given and really, no complaints at all. Was told it would be reconditioned and everything would be taken care of when it came time to pick up my car. Promise was given, promise was kept. I would seriously consider purchasing another car at this dealership as it is 90 minutes away from where I live, but was worth the trip. Thank-you guys!
My salesman was Jonathan Comtois.nnI found the negotiations to be fair with him and overall a great attitude. The pictures, descriptions and communication with Jonathan was great throughout the process. They gave me a great used car at a great price and with a 4-month warranty and a Honda bear.nnThe only downside was in the inspection report they failed to mention a few OBD2 codes checked with my own code reader, a few for the transmission and 1 for the seatbelt. These codes didn't pop up a check engine light, but it's useful information given this car was in a previous accident.nnOverall I have no reservations buying a used or new car from this dealership. They have great people selling great cars for an overall great experience.
The most low class and disorganised dealer. Zero star for management. Summary of my experience: After 4 weeks of calls and emails, I finally received a confirmation for a test drive on Saturday morning...I was there on time but the entry door was locked...A sleepy young woman full of tattoos came and opened the door at 10:18 AM...She said I can not find any appointment for you...There is nobody right now...I showed the confirmation message ...She said there is no one ...You have to wait...Around 11 AM a man around 50 years old very sleepy and messy arrived...30 minutes later he said ok we can go test the car but first we need to go to the gas station ....We lost another 15 minutes in gas station...When we came back, he and the girl that opened the door for me did very wrong calculation for my trad in . I realized they can not underestand a simple english contract and my day completly was wasted. 4 times in advance I told them give me an oppointment only if you know read and speak english ......Two weeks later I visited another dealer...Honda was caculated everyting wrong by $31,000...Impolite lazy employees that not only can not read a document , do a simple calculation , clean themself before coming to the work, respect the time...But not even saying a word of sorry. Not recomended at all.
