I went there to buy paint, there was an older gentleman who was very knowledgeable and helpful with painting tips that I appreciated.

Very friendly staff. Everyone spoke in our preferred language English though we and they spoke both English and French.

Staffing is super friendly and informative, only negative would be the propane refill, ive never had to but man every time i go theyre always asking for someone to go to propane refill non stop

Just came back from being turned away at the store. I was hoping to find Claude who I dealt with originally who gave an excellent service. I just wanted to add a few bags of sand to my order which is being delivered friday. The employee kept telling me it’s impossible to modify the order. So I asked to simply open another order and see if we can get it delivered friday. He obviously didn’t want to help me. So I left very displeased, and as I got in my car I saw the employee walking out and getting into his car. So… clearly end of shift, and just wanted to leave. I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed, I’m not even going to try again. Instead I’m going to order from somewhere else.

The staff at this store are fabulous. Fast, friendly service in both French and English. Their website needs work though. When searching in English version and click on the item, it switches to the French home screen. Really frustrating website, but wonderful store.
