Aug 2014 I bought paint, there was an older gentleman who was very knowledgeable and helpful with painting tips that I appreciated. I bought the paint and went on my way. A week later 12”+ of water flooded my basement. Painting project was put on hold. Here I am a year later, the floor I had has been ripped out so the paint still unopened no longer matches my new floor. Tonight, a year after buying my paint I visited Patrick Morin again and Isobelle re-tinted all 3 paint cans to a lovely new colour of grey. I was not charged for the re-tinting.nThe most important takeaway is how much time she spent with me, trying to figure out the original colour then adding the perfect additional tint. I’m so thankful for her kindness and honesty helping me. I had originally walked in with plans to buy another can of white paint to stir into the exiting can to lighten the colour.nHer expertise not only saved me money but I was truly delighted with the new colour.nI can’t say enough about the great customer service I have received over the last year from the staff at this location. They truly do serve the community!nThank you Isobelle and your colleagues!

Uses to always get proane here. But I had to wait 40 minutes with nobody there only to return receipt for return. Guess I won't be going there anymore.
