We were enroute to Americade when my bike quit. Boutin was closed as it was a Sunday so I sent them a message. Before they opened I was called by Jacob and he immediately arranged for service. They came to where we were and put in a new battery then I followed back to their shop. The customer service is outstanding. The price was outstanding They saved the day and my trip. Jacob even followed up after I had left. Two thumbs up Boutin Harley Davidson.
