Purchased two cars in 2025 from them. One pre-owned and one new. Both times I received incredible service from the entire team. Just had my first service work done and the experience was the same in that department. Nice to finally work with a great dealership.

Worst customer service ever.nnUpdate: Contrary to the owner’s claim, I visited the dealership on 26 December 2024 and had a test drive of a 2020 Volkswagen Jetta. While I liked the car, I found the sales team’s pushy attitude unacceptable and ultimately bought my car elsewhere.nnInstead of addressing legitimate customer service concerns, the owner responded with personal attacks and didn’t even bother replying in English. This kind of unprofessional behavior speaks volumes. I hope this helps anyone looking for an honest review think twice before visiting Volkswagen Valleyfield.

Volkswagen after service terrible. My car is rusting like crazy because the factory foams were left in the chassis. Was decline my right to the warranty in Vaudreuil. Went to Valleyfield and received the same disgusting service. Never again will I buy Volkswagen...it 's too bad because I really love my car. I strongly discourage anyone from buying from them...they don't deserve your money.
