Valley Veterinary Clinic is a mixed animal practice (pocket pets, small and large animals) in central Alberta. We have 4 convenient locations (Drumheller, Hanna, Trochu and Three Hills). Emergency care is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Story

Valley Veterinary Clinic offers a full range of services including primary care consultation and vaccinations, in-house laboratory analysis, ultrasound and radiology, full dental care including ultrasonic scaling and polishing, full surgical services (elective surgeries as well as emergency care) and emergency services 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We also offer counseling in nutrition and behavior.

Along with your pet’s medical needs, we offer a wide range of retail products including prescription and wellness diets, treats, collars and leashes, bathing supplies, flea and tick products and much more.

My dog recently had fairly major surgery in my opinion, anyway, and I felt 100% confident in her care, and in the staff at the clinic. I also greatly appreciated being able to call when I had a question, and if the person I was speaking to wasn't sure, she put me on hold to find out. My dog has recovered fantastically, and I can't say how much I appreciate the "realistic", and down to earth nature of the staff we're a little biased when it comes to Dr. Morrie, he has unfortunately had to help one of our pets cross the rainbow Bridge, and he has doctored most of our other pets at one time or another, we think he's amazing. Keep up the great work Valley Vets, the community really needs you!
I brought my dog in the other day I got the young vet or well the younger vet he was very nice he let my dog sing the songs of her people even gave her treats but when I waited to pay I seen the old white haired vet not a fan of the white haired vet, when a mother and her two children bring an animal to be euthanized because he's old and bleeding from through his nose and has tumors you don't just give him the euthanasia shot so they can watch him die and his face hit the floor you give him the needle that allows him to fall asleep first so it looks subtle and gentle it's been several years and I still recognize his face
The staff and Drs here are the absolute best. So nice to my puppy and really great at watching and managing his health and that of our other pup.
I live over an hour away and has been taking my pets there for years, doctors are very knowledgeable, friendly, shows lots of empathy and never upsell anything your pets doesn't need, One of my dogs felt very sick quickly and I was too busy with work that I couldn't find time to make the trip, ended up going to a vet clinic in Airdrie only to feel instant regret, I may write a review about this clinic at another day, need time to calm down first, Valley Veterinary Clinic in my opinion is one of the best places for your pets, it's piece of mind health care and no surprises.
Have used valley. Vet clinic for over 25 years I'm not sure what service could be better for Drumheller if you love your pet's call valley vets .I would like to thank. Them for the many visits and great service
Very honest and caring doctors and staff. Prices are much better than in the city and they can do virtually everything in house. Very happy.
Professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Dr. Little and the rest of the team really make me feel like they care personally about my old girl Daisy, our 12 year old golden retriever. Thanks guys!
They were able to get us in on short notice to get my dogs eye checked out by a dr. Much appreciated.
Lovely veterinarians and assistants. This vet was a drive for us, but worth it to drive a bit farther for the care they give.
