We are a veterinary hospital located 2km West of Strathmore, Alberta on the North side of the TransCanada Highway on RR 254.

Story

The Animal Care Centre of Strathmore is a 60% companion animal and 40% large animal veterinary clinic that opened in March of 2007. We have up to date technology and amazing staff that enables us to provide your animal with superior and quality veterinary care. Please feel free to stop in for a visit or call us at 403-901-1800.

The absolute best care I have ever experienced. Clean facility. Have seen multiple doctors for routine check ups and emergencies. Dr. Jodi goes above and beyond your expectations and clearly deeply cares and builds a relationship, I received 3 follow up calls following my emergency visit and even received extra care tips, they are not about money but about care. Very knowledgeable staff and beautiful place to be. Would recommend to any. Commute from Calgary just because it’s simply the best.

Amazing service, very knowledgeable, and extraordinarily friendly. They also have affordable prices. I make the drive from Calgary whenever my pets need care because they're better than any place I've found in the city.

A friend recommended this clinic to me and I'm so glad they did. I've been to two different vets at this clinic and both were great. My dog is normally nervous at vet clinics and around new people and he actually seemed happy when the vet took him to the back room on his own. They spent a lot of time with us and listened to and addressed all my concerns. The front end staff are great too, super friendly, organized and on top of things. I live in Calgary and it is definitely worth the drive to come to this clinic. I also find their prices to be more reasonable than what I was paying in the city.

Thank you Dr. Kate for knowing what was wrong with my girl Chevy and Dr. Coby for doing surgery on her. When she came back home she was like a new dog in 24 hours. You both rock big time. Note to anyone that is reading this please get your animals fixed it saves pain and most of all will not cost you the price if they get pyometra!!!
