I called regarding a stray kitten I have taken in. She has had Diarrhoea for 4 weeks now, food goes in one end and out the other undigested. I explained I have another cat and no car. Their advice do not let her in the flat she lives in the flat and keep the other cat away from her. They told me to bring her them, they cannot help me catch the kitten very feral. Basically, put the kitten outside and you are on your own.

Rude,unprofessioan,arrogant staff! Never bring your pets here if you want to see them again!!
