Great gym with friendly and helpful fitness trainers, a wide range of classes for all interests and lots of fitness options to choose from. Many areas are set up to serve your interest whether it be Zumba, Yoga, Spin Class, or hitting the free/universal weights or cardio machines. It's the hub in a great location where you can do your grocery shopping or head for a coffee or pedicure after getting your sweat on.

I have been attending this gym for over 6 years now. Variety of equipment, wonderful trainers, great fitness classes and they offer child minding. The infrared sauna is the best part ;)

I have attended this gym for many years and have always found it friendly, clean, well staffed and offering a diverse range of fitness options.

From day one very unwelcoming. They get annoyed when you ask to use sauna when it's included In their expensive pass. They won't honour your pass and cut it shorter than a month. This place is a joke! I'll never go back.
