This gym has been my go-to for many years, and I couldn’t be happier! The towel service and showers are a nice touch, and the fitness programs are excellent. The equipment is always clean and up to date, and the positive vibe from the staff and friendly patrons makes every visit enjoyable.
I was only going to be in Cobble Hill for six weeks, but needed a fitness center for daily exercise classes. Valley Fitness turned out to be the best choice! Great pilates, yoga, Zumba, and other strength building classes and teachers, friendly members, and good music choices and sound system. A very positive experience for sure!
The cleanest and best gym I've been to in the Valley. Very clean, they use paper towel instead of reused soiled rags to clean their equipment. No one likes to wipe other people's sweat from one machine to another lol. They also have hand sanitizer stations as well throughout the gym.nThe staff are so friendly and happy to help. This by far is the best gym in southern Vancouver Island and I've been to a lot of gyms. Lots of brand new equipment as well and it's not over crowded. Lots of floor space as well so you're not bumping into people. Brand new cardio machines that are simple to use. Lots of classes that are included in the membership, where most gym dont! They also sell supplements, offer tanning and sauna as well. Valleyview is the best gym in the Valley!!!
Good, well kept equipment and cardio machines. Clean bathroom and showers. I didn't expect in a rural area.
This place is amazing, all rubber flooring, plenty of cardio machines, and great variety of weight machines plus 2 squat racks, the only thing that would make this gym perfect would be to make it 24hours or at least have it open to midnight. Besides that this place is great.
