Cowichan Eyecare

From the moment I entered South Cowichan Eyecare I felt warmly welcomed and well looked after. The receptionist at the front desk was kind and courteous, and greeted me with a smile; the technician who guided me through my preliminary tests was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable; and the Dr. who examined me - Dr. Ben Inglis - was thoughtful and kind in his approach, thorough in his examination, and understanding and sympathetic in addressing my needs and concerns. He answered all my questions, and most importantly made me feel at ease. He earned my trust and confidence. My visit was an outstanding patient-centred experience.

I went to get my eyes checked and didnt bring a friend to help choose a frame. the staff members helped me choose and I get so many compliments on them! thank you guys! also Dr. miranda is really thorough and friendly. the technology seems to be very advanced, high tech stuff. it seems like everyone has fun working there because the atmosphere is so good.

I have been a patient with Dr. Miranda for years. He's great. Very knowledgeable and has state of the art equipment. My wife and I both had appointments but we got caught in major traffic coming from Victoria, so this made us very late. But Dr. Miranda and staff where very accommodating and squeezed us in. Thank you so much for the great eye appointment. The trail contact lenses seem to be much better then our previous lenses. Thanks you very much, you made our appointment great!!!

Excellent staff, super friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection on lenses and frames. The only place I go for my glasses (and sunglasses).
