Beware of this place. Not only did they have wrong information from my intake form but printed the wrong person's intake form. I almost took home someone else's personal information. They just want to sell you their glasses and once you say no they start being rude. They had told me my benefits didn't cover the eye exam and when I called them on it by showing the app they realized they had the wrong information again. I asked for my prescription and receipts, that took another 20mins. They told me my prescription wasn't finalized. What!! From office manager to the lady trying to sell me glasses should be fired for breach of personal information. They had 1 job and they couldn't even do that. I had to raise my voice to get the point across and they still screwed up. Never again.nnEdit after comment from 'owner': appreciate your time saying you will take this as a opportunity to work on the issue but failed to address the issue of breach of privacy. I had no choice but to raise my voice to get the point across to your staff wouldnt let me leave. I was not once verbally abused or mistreated your staff. I was on the verge of calling the police because i felt i couldnt leave the store. Your staff not only used someone else's benefits but treated me like I was stupid. I hope for the sake of the other Lisa whose benefits where used figures it out. You want to discuss this more you can arrange a phone call. I want my information erased from your system because I fear your staff will screw up and use mine.

A well- orchestrated group! No waiting. Clear explanations of tests, results, options. Patient staff. Responsive to questions and concerns. Options discussed, but no pressure to buy anything. Always satisfied with the service here!

I had a very good visit that clarified my issue with a persistent floater, including comparisons of images from previous years. I understand what is going on with my eyesight and my concerns have been addressed. It was informative and very interesting
