Urban Tactical Brantford

Great for first timers and seasoned users a like. It was our first time handling firearms + our first visit at Urban Tactical. It was for a group event and 5 of us were all fairly new to firearms. The level of customer service there was like nothing before. Our officer, Greg was extremely positive, patient and understanding with our group. They even helped answer some (a lot) of questions and concerns even after they were closed. We will definitely be making a return in the near future. The customer itself is well worth it.

The best place for beginners! New shooters are paired with a knowledgeable and very friendly trainer who shows you anything you need to know, without getting in your face or making you feel new. Guns are in VERY good condition, and the facility over all is clean and well kept. 5/5, I will be returning with my friends. Only negative, very expensive​. But it is worth every cent on the occasion!

Really great staff and super professional. Cameron was our range officer and he was really friendly and very informative. Would definitely recommend. Everyone at the front was very nice as well. Great experience overall

I surprised my husband with a WagJag deal for the Range @ Urban Tactical. We had a great time! We came in at 5pm on a Monday, and didn't feel like it was rushed even though we ended up being there past their 6pm closing time. Ward was our Range Officer and was very informative, safe, and thorough with leading us through the different types of guns. Thank you for a great and unique time! We would definitely recommend coming here for something interesting and different!

Great day at the range. I brought my girlfriend here for her first time shooting, and she really loved it. Greg was our range officer, really great guy. We got the Urban Tactical 2.0 Package + 1 .50 BMG. I would really recommend shooting that .50 if you haven’t already.
