The wife and I have almost always found the staff at any Penningtons to be very helpful and friendly. The Brantford Penningtons is no exceptions. This Penningtons is also better in the stock they carry than the Waterloo Penningtons. We'll definitely be back!
I end up usually accompanying my wife each time we go here. The staff is amazingly friendly and have great senses of humour. The store and displays are immaculate and very professional. Hey guys..go in with your wives too.

Love this store. The staff are amazing and really enjoy providing you awesome customer service. I was shopping for swimwear which is never fun. These ladies were running to the back to find my size and checking online for other styles. Definitely will go back!
Went in a couple days ago to buy a new bra and the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. I decided to go in again today to buy some more and received the same excellent service from the ladies. Clean store, helpful staff, cheap prices on no name brand items
Leslie the Manager was rude. Ive never spent so much money at a store then go in to return something that was a gift at Christmas to be spoken to in a condesceding manner. Then when I brought it to her attention she tried changing her story . This is what happens when people are not trained properly and have no customer service skills
I have been shopping here for years and normally the experience is good. Today, however, I left the store feeling belittled and embarrassed by a senior staff member after I questioned the total on my bill. There was a pleasant young lady ringing in my items and when she gave me my total I wasn't expecting it to be as high as it was. The senior staff yelled from the end of the counter stating something I purchased was $100 dollars alone. It was supposed to be buy one and get one 50% off but she said no it was only 30% even though the sign was for 50%. I just let it go because at this point there were other customers behind me. The senior staff member then proceeded to come over and void my sale of 12 items and stated to the young associated "we will start it over and tell her the price of each item after you ring each one in so she can decide if she wants it". It turned out that a couple of the items did not go through at the sale price. I was not making a big deal of this but had I not needed these clothes for work, I would have walked out. When I first got to the cash I was happy to have found these deals, but after the way she spoke to me for asking a question made me feel embarrassed and ashamed for questioning things. I will be very reluctant to go back to this store and if I do and this associate is in there, I will most definitely walk out.
The woman that served me the last time I was there, barely looked at me never said hello or asked me how I was doing, if you hate your job get another one girl seriously! I miss addition Elle at pine bush in Cambridge! Those girls were awesome
This is hands down the best Penningtons in Southern Ontario.
