I spent over an hour shopping at the Brantford's HomeSense location today. I've been shopping at Winner/HomeSense since they first opened in Cambridge. Many years ago I was told I couldn't take the shopping cart to my car which wasn't parked close. I asked what I was suppose to do? If you're not buying furniture , they have no options! I couldn't carry everything myself I told them. No one offering to help. What has happened to customer service? Where did kindness go? I truly believe this will effect how people will shop. If they are concerned about the carts, charge a deposit or go back to good old fashioned customer service!

HomeSense tries to provide a high-quality kind of Home Furnishings and cookware. The pricing needs to improve in my opinion and some of the prices are outrageous on certain items. I have to admit it's there's a high quality products in there but like I say it's too expensive. The staff there are very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. They are definitely following covid-19 guidelines and the stores very clean. It's wheelchair accessible and there's ample parking available for the customer.
