Len's Mill Store

After reading the other reviews I don’t feel bad. They have a great selection of fabric but it feels as if they are always angry with me for them cutting it. One time I got a bag of stuffing and the lady changed the price on it three times saying she didn’t believe it cost so little because of the size of my other bag and kept marking it up! The young girls at the front of the store are usually nice. The other issue is they take advantage of the price of fabric because they are the only store in brantford. Ottawa street here I come!

Terrible experience. I will not be going back there again. The manager who was cutting my fabric seemed angry that she had to cut my fabric. I was wanting to refinish an antique sofa. I asked the manager if they had any lace that matched the fabric. I was looking for trim to finish the ends of the piece. I was rudely told no. They only have black and white. This manager than grabbed my big role of fabric and told me that since it was $100 it had to stay upfront. I then saw 2 large rows of laces and trims in over 100 colors and styles. Seems they did not want me as a customer. Since she had taken my fabric how was I to match it up to a trim? The trim I was informed they did not have. I was told it was store policy that with around $100 purchase of fabric they take it to the front. This of course makes difficult any matching of trim, threat, anything. As well as the insinuation that you may be a thief just for wanting to buy this fabric. This I thought rediculas as the material was on a big roll almost a big as me. Very degradation experience overall.

The people who work there are very much appreciated and willing to give you suggestions when you get stuck on a idea. .good prices. Lots of parking
