Urban Barn

We were in the market for a sectional for our small space and the "Lure Sofa Chaise" was perfect. Our in-store experience was awesome. I forget what their names were but on the receipt they are associates #4350 and 4333. Our after sales experience was a different story. The sofa was delivered and assembled today. One of the workers discovered that 2 of the 4 legs had nothing to screw into. I called the store regarding this issue and they said when the couch was disassembled it was perfectly fine and directed me to contact customer service because nothing can be done for me at the store level. I just got off the phone with customer service and they are telling me to take care of it at the store. Now I'm stuck with this runaround and a wobbly couch that I can't sit on. Hopefully someone from Urban Barn can actually help us with this problem otherwise we'll have to call Visa to dispute it on Monday.

Absolutely love this store. A nice open and relaxed atmosphere. No high pressure sales staff although they are quick to assist if you ask for it. The store has a great selection of quality furnishings and accents at great prices. The stock turns over quickly so if you see something you like be sure to grab it on your first visit as it won't be available next time you go. This is a must visit for anyone looking to spice up their home.

The Store Manager, Jimmy, was incredibly helpful and gave great design advice. Also helped me with an odd delivery request, excellent service!

I am giving it a three star because after picking the material for our couch and the matching rug and pillows, we find out when purchasing the sofa that the material was delayed by a week and on top of that it was 6 - 8 weeks delivery. Then I get an e-mail yesterday stating the sofa was even more delayed. I am not very pleased as we will now be without a sofa for a month and a half, even after moving in a couple of weeks. We are now ordering a dining table. I will now have to pay two delivery fees because I can not wait for the sofa which may be another 8 weeks. These delivery times are unreasonable.

We had a wonderful experience at this location. Great deals on good condition furniture and furnishings. The manager was extremely hospitable, going over and above to be helpful. We will definitely return to the new location!
