Industrial Plastics and Paints

Breanna at the Port Coquitlam Industrial Plastics and Paints store was very helpful explaining the System 3 Scu]pWood epoxy paste and the Rotfix epoxy. My corner house fascia's - 2x10 and 2x6 - were rotting all around the house, so instead of replacing all the boards I decided to use the System 3 epoxy paste. It was easy to mix. Took some effort to reshape the fascia to match the original fascia, because of all the rot. Should have used more forming. After it cured it was easy to sand to match the existing fascia profile and it painted easily.

Wow!!! From the outside it looks like a huge commercial facility. But on the inside they are more than happy to work with the furthest thing from a handyman myself to figure out how to make a plexi glass solution for my ac. They delivered it way ahead of time and even referred me to a real handyman in my building. I couldn’t be happier!

Like it or not, plastics are a part of our lives everyday. Most of us don't spend much time thinking about the usefulness or utility of plastic until we have a need that isn't met. I've found this location of Industrial Plastics and Paints to be stocked with everything imaginable with respect to plastics and finishing. Ever have a broken plastic piece and you're not sure what type of glue to use to repair it? Well, here's where you'll get the advice and the right product. The staff here are helpful and knowledgeable and if you're unsure of the right product, they will give useful advice. I've been able to have pieces of acrylic custom cut and in the case of a particular project, they suggested a very inexpensive solution under $5 that I would have never considered. In a nerdy way, it's a cool shop to checkout and browse. I always find something interesting an useful. Not open weekends, which is a drag.

They cut a piece of plexiglass and mounted a portal a/c vent into the plexiglass for me. Works perfect, friendly service, very fair price, and super quick turnaround - highly recommend them!

These guys are non-stop helpful! HUGE selection of everything plastic and more! I bought some plexiglass for a good price, too and they offered to cut it to size. That's a big plus for me. Keep up the good work and keep the prices nice and low!

I'll start with the positive: wide variety, clean an neat store, great location. However, I felt like the two staff members I dealt with were very unmotivated and didn't really want to be there. I brought 25K/year worth of business to them not a whole lot, but still... and was kind of brushed off. Gave the business to their competitor.

A "Plastic Supplier" said to give them 2 days notice for my order. That changed to "we need at least a week" when I called to order it a few days later. I then phoned these guys and spoke with Rod from Sales. He was very helpful and had an order cut & ready to go for me the same day. You guys rock!
