Always friendly service and primary concern for the animals well-being and genuine advice. Staff are funny and always got good energy. Doesn't take much to make them smile.

Have been going to urban for about 18 years through many different cats. Very welcoming compassionate and knowledgeable. They sell different type of food for different types of issues. Highly recommend

Staff are so nice. Everyone is very up front about costs and the doctor is so sweet with my stressed out kitties. Thanks UAH!

Staff is excellent, but cat didn't like Vet, and felt feelings were mutual.

We weren't able to get our old cat to her regular clinic and Urban animal was very accommodating on the long weekend.
