Dr. Terry is our favourite and only vet we trust in the Lower Mainland. The reception staff are also very kind and welcoming. I’m grateful for how much they’ve cared for our dog Jones over the years.

My cat is so chill about coming here! He never puts up a fuss -- probably because we're always in and out so quickly, and everyone gives him compliments :D I always leave appointments feeling positive about the care he receives. Thanks for the great work, Kits Animal Clinic Crew!

Friendly and good service. They helped me with an emergency appointment when my dog had an eye infection. Vet wasn’t the friendliest but the woman in reception was super helpful over the home. It’s pretty expensive for a quick checkup and I was disappointed that they charged $50 for prescription eyedrops that I’ve paid $18 for elsewhere.

Been with V.A.C. for more than a decade. The vets were wonderful when my dog passed last year and are taking great care of my new puppy. Love Dr. Yavuz, Dr. Eisen, and her staff!

Dr Terry Eisen is a fabulous vet. Very experienced - she’s been at this for many years - and she’s also down to earth, explains everything clearly, and she’s a warm and fuzzy, ie not overly “clinical,” and a genuine lover of animals which you’ll appreciate if your pet is needing medical attention. Trustworthy. And the office staff are smart and nice - this is also much appreciated.

After our vet moved back home I spent months looking for a good clinic with staff that really cared about their patients/clients. Being a veterinary assistant myself, I am extremely picky when it comes to the care of my pups. We are very happy to have found Teri and her lovely staff! My pup has a fear of strangers but he loved Teri from the very beginning. She's a crazy dog lady just like me! Another huge plus is that we get to see Violet the chocolate lab very time we visit!

I have 4 cats so its very important to have an honest and reliable vet clinic. I am always happy with the care they take with my kitties and the time they take to explain the issues. Gives me peace of mind!

Terry is an amazing person, most caring and extremely knowledgeable vet. Her only concern is always the health of your pet and not about billing you for visits and meds like most other vets. She is fair and will spent as much time as required to listen to your concerns and will do thorough exams every time. We love her and wish her much health and would not even think of going elsewhere. She should be an example to all others on what a true doctor is meant to be specially the ones that exploit you when you are most vulnerable.

They were very patient with my anxious pup and did their best to make her comfortable. We contacted them about trying to get a vaccine that’s uncommon to give here and they did everything they could to try and get it for us even though we only had less then a week until the appointment. Staff was also just such a pleasure to speak with and it was easy/quick to get an appointment! Highly recommend!

Worst clinic I have been to !. Took my dog there recently and the front staff girl is very rude. She was very racist. I ignored that, and when I meet the doctor I was shocked how unethical they were. She just wanted money, when I would ask why should we do this test so i can gain knowledge, she would respond, you just have to do it and the way she held my dog was not kind. you and your pet should not come here. I don't usually write reviews but this had to be said!. I would give 0 !
