If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The staff here are kind, genuine, compassionate, empathetic, and honest. Every single person I’ve met who works here has been lovely, and they all share a genuine passion for animals: they truly, deeply care. We had to say goodbye to our family dog today, and the entire experience was handled with the utmost care, professionalism, and empathy. We are all so grateful to the wonderful people who work here. I know if my mum ever has a new animal friend, she will bring them here, and I will continue to bring my kitten here as well. Thank you to everyone who works here, they take the best care of our pets and really made a difficult time as comfortable as it could possibly have been.

Taking your pet to the veterinarian can be absolutely nerve-wracking. I have had to take my small Pomeranian Chihuahua to this fantastic veterinarian office unfortunately a few too many times in the last year and a half for Minor issues. My dog happens to be extremely Uber sensitive and very nervous. Our experience at market Hill has been absolutely remarkable and it gives me a complete peace of mind knowing she is getting completely sound advice and we’re not being gouged. She is treated with care compassion and kindness each time we have been there. This is a huge peace of mind. I have been able to stay in the room until she’s fully sedated to get her exams if needed, and I’m so grateful that it’s just a block away from our home I feel like I’ve 100% lucked out. everyone who has a pet deserves the compassionate care that market Hill office offers their clients and the pets. I cannot review enough five stars! 

Great staff who always look out for my cat who is epileptic and has stomach issues. I have to buy special food for her stomach issues from Market Hill and they always have it in stock. Highly recommend as a hospital for your beloved four legged friend.

We take our dog and cats here. Professional staff with great customer service that treats my pets with care. Well lit and very clean buisness. Free parking and cheap pay parking nearby.

Moved to Vancouver from Toronto 3 years ago and we’re lucky enough to find Market Hill about 5 months in and haven’t looked back! Our now 6 year old Shiba Inu has been through a lot of medical issues and they have always provided him with such care and treated him as there own. They have even gone out of their way to call referral doc’s personally at VCA to rush Austin in when he was showing immediate signs of glaucoma which developed extremely fast in dogs-24h turn around and we’re honest that this is something that needs to be handled by a specialist and not a family vet. They helped get in the same day and with this we were at least able to save one of his eyes so he is still able to see. I could go on and on about the help and care they have provided to us. Highly recommend. Thank you Dr.Reza and Dr.Mary!

I had a very good experience with Dr. Reza. I had two pets. When each of them had a problem, he supported us to treat them. He was kind to us and explained everything to us honestly and completely and gave us the necessary guidance. Also he followed the health of my animal at home by phone. And I am grateful to him and his team. My family and I are very happy to have met Dr. Reza Rashidi. Best wishes for you.

We’ve been taking our doodle here since she was 8 weeks old and she’s now 7 months. They are all so good with her. She loves going! Highly recommend them!

We've been to a couple different vetenarians in the Vancouver area and finally found this clinic which we can now call our "family vet". They are trustworthy and very patient with loud dogs like my miniature dachshund Bruno. Highly recommend them!

It was good! The staff were very friendly and the vet was nice! I just found that prices were not explained well and the place wasn't the cleanest. I asked for an emailed invoice but never received it.
