Uno has been committed to the craft of pizza since inventing the "deep dish" in 1943. From our famed deep dish dough to our fresh toppings, only our love of pizza is deeper than our handcrafted pies.

We drove up to cross gates mall in Albany N.Y. to do some shopping. After walking both levels of the mall and stopping in a number of stores it was lunch time. We decided on pizza so we went to Uno pizzeria. We ordered a deep dish W/ extra pepperoni and cheese. This was our first time going to Uno. Their pizza was very tasty and they weren't really busy. If your in the cross gates mall and in the mood for pizza give them a try. They also have a full bar. I don't know, but it looked to be family friendly.

Staff is very friendly. Food is made fresh. Very welcoming. I love it here!!

First, we were seated in a crowded area, and we asked to move to a booth. Then, the booth we were at was stickey and not cleaned, so we moved to one over. As more people came in, our party of three was served before multiple parties of two. We left without them even getting us drinks. Next time, count your customers.

Quick lunch service. All foods fresh, delicious, and well prepared. Server was professional, receptive, and genuine.

We are huge fans of this place but the last few times we've been there something goes wrong. But tonight was the worst our waitress was super nice but obviously not too trained yet and just thrown on with a bunch of tables we ordered appetizer and our sons salad took 35 minutes for only the appetizer another 15 20 min for our sons salad (which btw was only lettuce cucumber cheese and chicken how long could it take) and our food to come the one steak overdone the other to rare they make a new one for the overdone steak still comes back over done 20 25 min later. And I offered to have them take mine back to make med instead of rare and it comes back charred and well done, we never saw the manager again and the bill came and they had said that one meal was free they forgot that had to redo it. We had to tell them just to box the steaks before they even came out because it apparently takes 25 min to make a med rare steak and heat a rare steak to med and not even do it right. I'm not sure how often we will be back that's a long time to sit with a 4 year old to not even get to eat my main food because it wasn't made correctly twice and still isnt in the to go container right now but i didnt want to wait who knows how long for another try. For the price were paying the service and food should be more up to par. I work in food service I'm not trying to be harsh but it was a little much to deal with even for me.
