Moe's Southwest Grill

I went here for the first time a few months ago with my friend. I had never been to a Moe's before and I have to say I was really pleased by the food here. I ordered a nacho bowl with chicken and it was really delicious. I also got some cheese sauce on it. The employee that was there was very friendly and gave me my water for free. I would love to go to this Moe's again esepcially because when I went the last time there was no one else there so I was helped right away.

Gotta love when 3 of the 4 people working are just sitting around while one person tries to help everyone. Broken soda machine, old dried out chicken and veggies.. Don't waste your time.

READ THIS BEFORE CONSIDERING EATING HERE! If only zero stars were possible...filthy is not a strong enough word; we could not bring ourselves to eat the food we just ordered. Everything was dirty: floors (especially behind counter under grill), serving station was disgusting, food containers were crusted over, soda machine was sticky, salsa bar, grill, counters, bathroom were all nasty dirty!

Walked in and it was pretty dead but had a line. Two employees came and clocked in and didn't wash their hands. When we were trying to get our chips and tell them it was to go, a few of the employees were shouting about some sports championship and some other employee had to come up and ask us if we needed any help because the other two were not paying attention. Nothing was really warm and the chips were extremely salty I threw most of them away.

Walked in and it was dead like me and my girlfriend were the only two in there we got our meal to dine in and the employees were decent one person didn’t wear gloves while cutting my girlfriend’s chicken quesadilla. Most of the employees there were on their phones talking and the one guy that rung me and my girlfriend out he was on his phone talking to someone while doing our orders. Very unclean floors could of been swept and mopped the men’s bathroom was trashed like crushed chips on the men’s floor tables haven’t been touched it seemed the glass of the doors could of been cleaned and I go to Moes about 2 times a week but I go to the wilton one in Saratoga. I’ve had worked at moes before and if there’s no one in the store at least clean up and catch up on things that haven’t been done like mop the floors so they aren’t that sticky wipe tables off restock the cutlery etc.
