Story

Who is Mr. Fuji? He's a master of the artistry of Japanese cuisine and a creator of one-of-a-kind dishes -- and he's bringing it all to Albany. Inside our cozy restaurant, guests will find a menu like no other. We do it all, from clean, classic sushi to inventive combinations that will have you returning again and again. At the heart of it all is our reverence for the ingredients we use. We'll only use the freshest fish, the finest beef, and the best seasonal selection to create our masterpieces.

Best sushi in Albany. Service is excellent and the sushi is always fresh. We have been coming here for years and always leave full and happy.

The best place for sushi in the capital region. Never have had a bad meal at Mr. Fuji. The sushi is always top notch and fresh, the restraunt is always clean and the servers are always quick and polite.

If we (my husband and I) could give this restaurant more than five stars, we absolutely would. Mr. Fuji Sushi is one of our favorite restaurants to go to when we are looking for excellent food, quickly served meals, and a clearly devoted staff. Each time we go we are welcomed graciously and treated very respectfully throughout our meal. The staff is personable to the point where they can recall that we have dined there before and even what we have ordered in the past. We enjoy the elegant and spotless dining area with beautiful decor as we (hardly) wait for food that was made with much care and attentiveness. We will of course be returning in the future -thank you!

Well the food is absolutely good, but the service does not follow the quality of the food. A couple of days ago, when I dined in this place, the staff seem to be disorganized and the expression that I received from them was 'I do not want to serve food for your table'. In the past, I recommended this place to other numerous people who were looking for great food and service. But after this 'not impressive dining experience', I wouldn't let my mates dine here.
