Uno Beef Noodle

Went with my family of five and ordered a nice cross section of wet and dry noodles with different toppings. Also ordered their fried chicken appetizer and shrimp and pork dumplings. To top it off, we also had an order of the pork chive dumplings. Overall really good. My favourite and the families favorite was the fried chicken. Great flavour and boneless bite sized morsels of chicken. The chive pork dumplings were excellent. The main factor of the rest of the dishes was that it was overly spicy. I like spicy but not “flaming your internals”. There were no options to tone it down in the order app. Also the app doesn’t have the corresponding numbers to the paper menu. These things can be improved immensely. The ordering was a little confusing. Noodles were really good especially the ramen and the fat noodles. This didn’t detract from the long line up outside the building though.

I really enjoy beef noodle dishes so this is an easy review for me. Be prepared to use your phone to queue in line and also use your phone to order food. You can order directly but it’s probably quicker with the phone imo. We tried three dishes and i thought it was all very well prepared. I can see myself returning often as a regular if i lived closer. Note for restaurant owners: It would be great if the digital app menu had numbers that matched the physical menu.

DELICIOUS One of the best beef noodle houses we've been to! The beef was super tender, the noodles were chewy, and the soup was a delicious mix of flavours. We also got an appetizer of spicy fried chicken which got that szechuan kick and tasted amazing. Hands down one of the best tasting beef noodles soups I've tried. Let's break it down. Broth, amazing 10/10 rich, has depth and savory, all the tastes you want without being overly spiced. Noodle texture, also great. I usually go for the thin noodles but can confirm I went with friends who chose ramen noodle and thick noodles, also great. Bouncy and has a great chew. Meat quality is there and present. The steak is super duper tender and has a peppery taste so it is distinguished on its own. Appetizers, popcorn chicken, fried squid tentacles, and pork intestines, all so so so good. I can't recommend this place more. I am amazed that both times I came it's been consistently good. Just a bit of a wait here during peak hours. They don't take reservations and it is a smaller restaurant with limited tables. Parking in the back but same situation, limited spots.

Authentic Taiwanese cuisine. Great food and portion size. Beef noodle soup was really flavourful and seasoned on point. We will come back to try other dishes next time.

The beef noodles soup was very flavourful and came with big portion. I prefer the tender beef from A3 to the steak from A1. Fried chicken was pretty good, beef rolls were okay only. Delicious Taiwanese beef Noodles, flavourful broth with tender meat. But what surprised me was the dimsum. The chicken feet were better than what I had in Golden Swan in Victoria Dr and the steamed bean curd rolls were good too. Good price & portion as well. Easy to park.Food: 5/5

This place is awesome! Mikey Chen recommended it and he's always right when it comes to good food! Thanks to him I've tried and love it! You should too, that's all to say. Had the A1 uno beef noodle soup and the meat was tender and tasty! One of the best beef noodles I've had. Had the A3 spicy beef noodle soup and it was spot on with the flavor and the meat was the most tender I've had. No need to go anywhere else for noodles, this is "The Spot". It has been busy since Mike released his YouTube video of here, but I'm sure it'll continue to be busy if they keep up the great work! Good job to all the staff here! Very friendly and the hard work comes out in the food and service. Just go! Bon appetite!

It’s rare to come across a place that is so highly talked about and actually lives up to the expectation! The beef noodle soup was delicious; the noodles were perfectly cooked, the broth was just right, and the pieces of meat were very tender. Even better than the noodles were their appetizers/sides. We got the fried squid and the pork and veg dumpling in chilli sauce, both of which I highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back here more often to try the rest of their dishes!

Taiwanese style beef noodle. The noodle was quite tender and tasty at the beginning. However, The more I ate, the more I feel it is too salty and sugary, not sure it was because of the flavour or the soup was too thick …I had to drink lots of water after the meal. Service was good.
