Service: Food: Drinks: Seating/Decor: Service has been somewhat inconsistent but overall I would say you can expect a neutral to positive interaction. I highly recommend giving their cakes a try. My personal favourite so far has been the matcha roll but the Hokkaido Cake is also very good. All the drinks I’ve tried have been pleasant. I personally get 50% sugar but if you prefer things a little sweeter their regular sweetness is not overbearing. Ample seating on the upper floor for studying or relaxing. Only qualm is that some of the seats are directly below the AC and it can get fairly cold in those spots. There is also a promotion that’s currently going on where if you buy 2 same cakes you can get a free signature drink.
I ordered Watermelon Cheese drink and I like it a lot. This will be the summer drink of this year. The combination of saltiness and sweetness is perfect. The interior design of this place is impressive. When I got inside this tea house I felt like I travelled to somewhere else. Thanks for making a nice place to unwind. They have cakes and "high tea" set you can order as well. Sunday to Thursday closes at 9pm Friday and Saturday closes at 10pm.
Great drinks, good cakes, just the hours of opening are limited who closes at 9pm on the weekend?! and there is a limited seating. Otherwise it would probably be the best bubble tea in richmond.
We got the matcha roll cake and peach with foam drink. The matcha roll cake was really matcha. It contained just the right amount of matcha. The outside was a little hard made it hard to cut but other than that I really liked the texture. The inside was nice and fluffy not overly dry. The cream was creamy and not overly sweet. The peach with foam drink was okay. It wasn't overly sweet as I asked for 50% sugar but it didn't really taste like peaches at all. The foam was nice and savoury. Overall a cute place to hang out with friends over a dessert but definitely on the pricier side of things.
I got a milk tea with herbal jelly and it wasn't good, I didn't even finish my drink. The cafe itself is big and is great for studying, especially with the seating upstairs. Not sure how good their dessert is but I'd definitely go elsewhere if you're craving boba.
Amazing service, and desserts were incredible. I really like how there was a second floor. Favorite is the mango slice cake which has a passionfruit jelly. So amazing. Each cake we selected has its own unique flavor.
First time coming here. There's a 2nd floor in the shop, and I was expecting food to be delivered to our table. The formulé tea set wasn't great. It's better to go with the other cakes and the drinks. Good ambience though
Their fruit slush is very good. I got 30% sugar for the mango and watermelon, which I think it’s the perfect sweetness. I really like these two slushes. I want to try all the drinks! You can get winter melon oolong tea for only $1 with any purchase! Very good deal and tastes good! This place has pretty unique decor.
Disappointing- no flavor at all Decor and price for Instagramer to show off with actual substance. Pearls are average at best… not over cooked Milk-tea is subpar, water down pretty much... that’s before any ice melted. Cake are level low Japanese like sweetness but without the flavor. If it wasn’t for the label you wouldn’t be able to tell what you are eating. Here is the result of the provided spoon “cutting” its way through the cake roll squeezing out all the plain cream. The only thing they didn’t screw up is the dried fig.
What a great space to Chill with friends and a boba. A beautiful space and well decorated. The tea here absolutely hits the spot. Not too sweet and a beautiful tea taste.
