Hello,nnI was here at the Umass 119 Belmont st on feb 5 th my father fall and his wrist was swollen he was in severe pain we stayed for almost 3 hours I went to the nurse as I saw lots of patients came after us and went in before us I went to the nurse she is so rude at the front desk asking how it works as we here before these patients she said there is a patients more important i told her that means that we are less important? She said you can say that I told her i wouldn't be here if I am not sick not sure how to be important to that nurse she was on shift at 9:30 pm that's how they treated my dad pic attached, worst service ever

There needs to be a rating lower than 1 star. Let me explain. Ok so we show up with an infant that had 103 degrees fever. Medicine was administered at home. Immediately we left to bring the sick infant to the hospital. Arrived at the emergency room and waiting 6 hours to be seen. Thank the lord we have gave the medicine to the child. We had to continuously ask for an update but never given an answer on what’s going on. Everyone there seems clueless, how can our system be so broken.

Left speechless! What will remain the best experience of my life. The team here at UMass helped my wife bring my daughter out safely. My wife & baby girl are healthy. The two teams of Erin & Ashley and Meg & Molly were attentive and made us feel beyond comfortable at all times. They truly cared about our family & worked very hard to keep my most precious girls safe. Thank God for this good facility & it's excellent staff.

Hey again I am not happy with Belmont St Hospital's twisted to me they are two faces to me and are now discharged 11/28/24.nnI am so pissed off with them. I told them that I wanted to stay stable here until tomorrow the doctor and I told them can contact I will tell probation chief can tell more but the doctor refused. But guess what? They don't care about me now discharged 11/28/24 wow. That disrespectful. I am not ready go discharged the nurse and doctor should’ve patience but they are RUSH AND PRESSURE ME DISCHARGE THAT I am disagreement with their signature. They are not a good professional in communicating with deaf people. I feel disappointed, and not ready for discharge because SNOWING 11/28/24. They are should PATIENCE HOW TO RESPECT TO THE PEOPLEnDEAF GENERAL. I want to my HELP for stable but they don't care and ignorant discharge. Inwant to transfer to hospital Worcester Recovery Center HospitalnnThey refused to give access to interpreters

I had 2 of my babies here over the past few years, great experiences. However 2 weeks ago I had my first big surgery and to say I was anxious is an understatement. From checking in, pe op, pre anesthesia, etc EVERYONE was amazing. Set me right at ease. Kind, compassionate, empathetic, and as attentive as possible. I took 3 hours to fully wake up from anesthesia and the nurse I had bedside was so kind. I really was just so grateful, especially being in such a vulnerable state. I spent that night on the 3rd floor? Not sure exactly but the nurses and doctors on that ward were also incredible. Attentive, compassionate and reassuring. Made sure I was set to go home the following day. I feel so fortunate to have had my surgery through UMass.
