UMass Memorial HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital

I was directed to go to emergency room by my insurance...i had and still have extreme pain and numbness going down my left arm and then from my right buttox to my knee with burning pain...after 4 hours I saw the most uncompasionate rudest doctor that I have ever encountered in my 61years on this earth. Each nurse told me how busy they were and how understaffed. Unfortunately my insurance company nor my Co pay seemed to care as they found it important for me to be seen. I saw this "doctor" for exactly 8 minutes and was told I had sciatica and I needed to stretch more!!!! I have plates and screws in my neck!!! Are you serious!!! She then told me to take Motrin...no problem...im not a big pill popper but sure felt dirty from her reaction like I was shopping for drugs or something..i was scared and frightened that I was having a stroke or worse!!!! Totally unbelievable...stay away from Clinton hospital if you care about your health..i have a doctors appointment tomorrow and will fight any charges from this so called hospital

Such a great hospital if you have to be in the hospital i so recomend this place they treat their patience with the upmost respect i give it to all the nurses drs staff on such a great job they do with their patience thank you so much for making my stay a great experience

I am so grateful for the hospital. I have been there several times and found the staff wonderful and caring.

I call your office to have you see my 1 year old daughter....you would not see her for check ups...you wont take any new patients..we just moved to Clinton....we live right down the street from your hospital....all i got to say it wow...i have no words for this....

The best emergency ever. I do not wait more than five minutes the doctor nurses the whole crew was very nice. Friendly the hospital was very nice and clean.
