I totally agree with others who said the answering/phone service is HORRIBLE. You would think that the director of the clinic would supervise this. People are left on the phone for an unreasonable amount of time, despite what that you hear on the taped recording. I have had to call back again and again ----and then been cut off. When I finally did get a person on the phone, she could not even accurately listen to anything I said. The same thing happened with a female dentist. Somebody needs to monitor call and visits. And, by the way, try to seem like you care. It will help to give us a false sense of security. The musak---the thing breaks up all the time...not soothing, hasn't changed for YEARS, still does. If you really want a clinic, people should be given an an evaluation/complaint form to fill out. My advice---tie a string to the doorknob at home and yank the damn thing!

It's a great health facility because it has well educated, kind-hearted, and helping staff. Thank you!

Wheny son had an appointment, I was 4mins late and they refused to see my son even after I told them he's being abused (hit on) by another kid they refused to see my son and told me to go to UMass.

Ive literally been redirected 5 times and ive been on hold for half and hour this place literally answers when they feel like it sometimes the even hang up on i feel like the doctors dont even know what they are doing Worst place ever!
