Went to Ulta for a haircut, not only did their prices go down on their menu, but the hairstylist I went to, Angela, was kind, knowledgable, and receptive to my ideas as well as able to interpret what I was saying into a haircut that would work for me. If you get your hair cut at Ulta ASK FOR ANGELA!

Good prices and good variety but the staff is rarely friendly.

Bree gave me a neck trim today, and it is FANTASTIC. I was unexpectedly in town, with only one of my kids (who was asleep in the car with my husband to watch her), so I decided to try for a walk in appointment to get the back of my hair trimmed up. I was greeted promptly by an associate at the brow bar area (I was just walking past, but she was friendly and welcoming none the less), only waited a few minutes to get in for an appointment at the salon, and I seriously couldn't have been happier with my experience today. Bree is the one that cut my hair, but the lady who booked my appointment (one of the other stylists, I didn't catch her name) was also incredibly helpful and fantastic customer service-wise. The store/salon area was SO clean. I'm a former hairdresser (stopped doing hair when my second was born), and am incredibly picky, and super judgemental about how clean a salon is kept. Like, really really judgey about it. I was very very happy with the way it looked today. I'm so incredibly satisfied with my visit today, and wanted to make sure that these ladies got some sort of acknowledgment.

They have a very good selection of beauty and hair products but they are seriously over priced. Everything i went in there for was much less expensive elsewhere in town.

People were nice and greeted and helped with whatever I wanted and they came up to me I didn’t have to seek anyone out
