Their no-hassle return is everything but no hassle. you have to have a receipt if you don't have a receipt on certain products they won't return it. I am stuck with $130 faucet that I just wanted to upgrade into a more expensive one and was told no and the faucet was still in the box completely strapped in it's never been opened and nothing. I took it up to corporate and nothing Lowes is just out for the dollar they don't care about their customers they just want their money.

Nice clean store, friendly people, large selection of healthy plants in gardening section-only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the long lines-only 2 registers out in gardening area
