I purchased a front loading washer and dryer set. Our home was built in the 1920's with a Michigan basement and small entrance doors. One team of movers came and refused to attempt to place the appliances in the basement last week. Darren, the owner of Sears Hometown, asked if we were willing to let a more experienced moving team attempt it and he personally came to the house to measure the clearances. That team just left and had no difficulty installing the washer and dryer. They were fast, professional, and pleasant. Thrilled with the service!

I bought a craftsman lawn mower last July, it more only runs when tilted on it's side. I googled and only Briggs and Stratton/Craftsman mowers appear to have this problem. I called the local Sears and was tools it was probably bad gas/detritus sticking the float. I would have to drive it to Toledo to even have it looked at to see if the warranty would even cover. I don't like driving, I bought the mower here not in Toledo. Also on 40 years of mowing I have never had Ann almost new mower have the float stock this quickly. I used to but almost everything at Sears. No longer. I am extremely upset.

What a awesome store. My salesman Rick was down to earth and professional. I bought all my major appliances and I got some really good deals actually better than Best Buy or Lowes. The store looks small from out side but they carry lots of products. They carry all major appliance names not just Kenmore. Clean and very organized inside. I consider my self a loyal customer now after my great experience.
