Excellent customer service and unbeatable prices. I called and told them what I was willing and able to pay and that no other tire shop was able to meet my price so far. Discount Tire gave me the price I needed. They were able to meet my needs and demands one no one else could. Thank you Discount Tire

Went in for a black Friday sale and ordered a set of BFG KO2 tires. They had to be ordered in which was fine. I was told they would be there in about a week. I called after one week and they had not arrived yet and they had said they would be sure to call me when they showed up. Another week passed by so I called again...tires were in they just forgot to call me apparently . I then had to wait a week to have the tires installed. When installation day finally arrived and I showed up to drop off my truck they had no record of me having an appointment for that day and time. I was quite upset but they did manage to get me in. Installation took around two hours which was actually faster then I expected due to the volume of customers in there. But overall not that great of an experience. Two stars for getting me in when they had no record of an appointment but that's it.

I have always had great service with all my vehicles. The staff from manager, sales and installers are with professional courtesy and very friendly. They have excellent knowledge of what they do. When I knew a of a single mom that needed help on a tire they were right there to work with me to keep her safe on the roads. Thanks

The staff here were great! Especially the guy at the counter. He really took care of me and my car. I had an appointment today for four new tires and they were crazy busy with the snow, but they still got me in and out in under 2 hours and honored my appointment. He even gave me a discount because I was polite. Remember the golden rule people!

I have no complaints, been there a couple time's, been treated very well. Highly Recommended !
