Had an exceptional experience here. Servers were friendly, attentive, and food was cooked perfectly and all modifications ex no onion straws or mushrooms, and rare steak were completed which nowadays is rare. Food was so tasty. I loved my steak and the sticky toffee pudding was delicious! Would definitely return back!

Baby pork rib had too much sauce, its tenderness and juiciness is average. Chicken wing is pretty good, a bit dry for my liking but would be great for ppl who loves crispiness. Bison meatloaf however, is surprisingly amazing. The sauce balanced the flavor of the meat really well. Crispy onion added to both crunchiness and additional layering in flavor.

The food and experice was both excellent. The chicken tenders that I ordered for my child was very tender and our drinks were amazing as well. The ambiance was very nice I would say  it a bit dark inside the restaurant.

My first time in Turtle Jack as I live on the east end. The service and foods are awesome. Some dishes are slightly smaller than what we thought. If you are a hungry bear, consider adding on a side or order more appetizers.

Visited on a Friday evening. The place was busy with about a 20 min wait. When we got seated the staff took our drink and food order very quickly. Our drinks were served within 10 min of being seated. However our food took over 30 minutes to arrive. My husband had to prompt a staff who followed up with the kitchen. When our mains arrived we also found out that our starter would not be provided as they ran out of calamari earlier in the evening. The restaurant manager was very apologetic and cared about our experience. He provided a few discounted options to make the experience better. We ordered the blackened salmon with pineapple and mango salsa, the Cali turkey sandwich and the turtle shell pasta. The salmon was overcooked and a little dry but well seasoned. The sandwich and pasta were ok. I will return again but on a less busy night.

I can't express how disappointed I am with my most recent order.   I DO understand times are tough thanks to Covid and that restaurants are struggling so we do our very best to support our local restaurants but wow.   This bowl of soup that I paid $10 for, came about 2/3 full and didn't even fill my bowl, and the $28 chicken nachos only filled about 1/2 the box.  IF there was 1/2 a chicken breast used, it was a LOT.   This order, after delivery, actually cost me $56.

We went on a date night and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent, courteous, quick service, and the fresh food. We’ll be coming back! The Hell-of-Burger with sweet potato and ribs were both amazing. Drinks were also great.

I wanna start with greeting which was good and our server named “Lahila P”  was very nice , polite and professional, this was our first visit to milton turtle jack, me and my wife but had very bad experience with food specially with chicken wings was so hard that  we couldn’t separate meat from bone, it feels like they were pre made and then just cooked again and served us , meat became so stiff. Drink was nice. No complain regarding drinks.  Loaded fries not so good was ok ok Just wanna conclude by saying that was not worth the amount of money i spend there for dinner.  Thank you , not coming again and not recommending any one either.

I visited this place on Friday evening. I was quite busy. Once we got a table the waitress was very friendly and quickly took our order. The noise level was too high for me, making difficult to chat with the other people on my table. The food was good. No complaints about it. Once we finished our food and drinks it seemed like the service ended. No one came to our table to ask if we wanted something else. Actually had to go to the bar to ask for the bill.

Came for a couple of drinks with my friends. We sat at the bar, service was good, our server was very friendly and kept coming back constantly. We didn’t order dinner but we ordered some apps. I ordered sweet potato fries  that I had to return the first time as they where burnt. They brought me a new order quickly.
