We had dinner at the Kelsey's Milton location. The waitress was pleasant and took our orders very quickly. I had the Thai Curry bowl with chicken. It was very tasty and served hot. The owner stopped by to ask our opinion which was nice. A good overall experience. Parking: Large parking lot Wheelchair accessibility: Large wheelchair spots near the entrance. I did not see an automated door opener button.
Visited for birthday. Hostess and server were fantastic. Food was served quick, fast and looked great. Staff sang happy birthday and gave a desert with sparkler. Thursday night is also half price wing night with happy hour drinks before 5 and after 8. Great looking restaurant inside. The outside on the other hand desperately need a renovation. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available includes drink and desert. Parking: Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility parking not clearly marked. Did not see automatic door buttons. Restaurants is multi-level so only small area accessible for wheelchair. Washroom available.
A little rough looking from the outside, but good food. Nashville chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries were good. Burger was flavorful.
I usually love Kelsey's and have been to many locations, but this one seems to disappoint every time. The order took 20 min which is perfectly fine, but when I got home, the food looked like it had been sitting there for a couple hours. It was completely cold and the fries were so stale. The chicken that I ordered was all breading. I had to break the thigh apart to find chicken, and there was BARELY any. Will not be returning to this location.
Picked up lunch today as was not disappointed! Called in our order, staff was friendly and happy to take our pick up order. When picking up process was easy and everything was ready. I ordered the “Messy Fish” sandwich, man was it good! Figured it would have been a little soggy by the time I got it back to work, but was pleasantly surprised. The fish was cooked perfectly and the batter crisp and crunchy without being overdone. Taste was great, and it lives up to its name, definitely needs to be eaten over the container! Was so good, will definitely be ordering it again!
All I can say good vibes and great food. We have visited the restaurant for my wife's birthday. The hostess was friendly, the server was very attentive. Our favorite appetizer is the spinach dip. It was delivered pretty quickly so as our cocktails. The manager checked up on us during dinner. Meals were tasty and feeling. Thank you to the staff making our special visit so amazing.
We had an awesome experience at the space upstairs. Aly is a very good server and did a great job managing the chaos. It's also always been great for regular lunches/dinners.
The food was pretty good, but the wait time was very long and and the waiters kept forgetting our drinks. Also, the servers barely checked in with my partner and I but focused on checking in on all the other people sitting around us. They seemed super uninterested in helping us despite us doing nothing out of the ordinary. Despite the service the food was quite delicious so props to the chefs.
Not much vegetarian stuff but loved how original the restaurant was from 1980’s . Service was poor and super slow . Got nachos which was literally missing everything and got vegetarian based Alfredo pasta which was ok.
Last time I ate here the food and service were amazing. Our server Aly was very attentive and friendly. She recommended the spinach dip which is now my new favourite! We will definitely be back and hopefully have the same server because she made our experience very enjoyable!
