This location is quite different from the locations I see before. Feels like a more local, nice old lady cashier, photographs of a local sports team. I think people over there feel themselves like in a friend's kitchen. Definitely, nice plate to get some hamburger.
Harvey’s staff in Milton is awesome. I recently visited restaurant with my family. customer service was great. staff is very welcoming. sitting area was cleaned and sanitized. Food was amazing. Highly recommended this place for burgers and fries. Parking: Adequate parking
Went to Harvey’s yesterday Jan 28, 23 around 8.27pm. Took three burgers with two combo and order of 4 pieces chicken strips. Burger and fries were good but chicken strips are bad. It was hard like rock. In this country complain doesn’t work. Most probably I will never go back to that location again. My money goes to the drain. Shame Shame.
Was heading out of town to bring a relative home and ordered food here on the way. Was pleased and surprised they were open so late on Christmas Eve. Food was made hot, which was great. A handful of staff at hand to serve, yet they forgot to make part of the order even when it was purchased. It's a good thing I checked the bag before driving out to the main road. Had to spin back around... They apologized and made the remaining items.
This Harvey's on Market Drive in Milton was very clean, the staff were polite and fast and we had the cutest little grandma be our burger maker. She just kept smiling at us. Made it a happy visit.Food: 5/5
I am so thankful that you guys serve burgers 24 hrs a day. As someone who works full time night shift and gets off at 7am, Harvey’s is like the only place serving only non-breakfast food. So I love finishing my shift and coming to Harvey’s at 7:30am for a delicious burger. If I asked for a burger at this time anywhere else ppl would probably think I’m weird for eating a burger when it’s everyone else’s breakfast time. Thanks guys!
This Harvey's has poor service. Like most fast food restaurants, they always mess up your order. I went out for dinner for a special treat, ordered a hamburger, and picked it up. I got home and they put everything I didn't want on it. Pickles, relish, Mayo, Lettuce, Ketchup, and cheese. I simply asked for "Ketchup only", but they have to mess it up, costing me $6 for a burger.
To the manager and the lady behind the counter that made my rap you guys are so sweet and thank you for willing to help change my order and offer me a pie to the girl behind the counter either open your ears or switch places in the kitchen because how do you mess up two orders when they were perfectly said clear and then continue to argue with me about it when I was standing right next to my fiance who ordered what he ordered I'm not here to already wear a fight with people I just want to say that there are some good people here and that you should always make sure your orders double checked
The worst location I have ever been to. I have been a couple of times before and my veggie burgers were always cold. I figured it's the drive thru, so they might be cooling on the drive home until I got one with cheese one day that hadn't even melted. So I stopped going out of annoyance. I went back again recently and they messed up my order. I went again today and figured ill make sure I'm clear and they mess my order up again. Seriously, I understand customer service can be tough. But when there is not a single car at the drive thru except for mine and you can mess up my order as bad as you did today, your staff is incompetent at best. Go to any other location.
Come here every couple weeks after work, usually mid-week around 9:30-10PM. I do dine in, even if I tell the Cashier that when I order they still put my food in a bag instead of a tray and then act like it’s unreasonable for me to ask for it to be put on a tray instead. I don’t get napkins unless I ask for them, and I often have to go back up and ask for them as every other fast food restaurant gives you at least a couple, and I’m greeted with an attitude that is something like “really, you need napkins? For what?”. The food is adequate for a Harvey’s but there’s definitely room for improvement in customer service. The restaurant and washrooms are adequately clean, definitely some room for improvement but not a huge amount. Oh and half the time either the pop machine is out of syrup for something, or it comes out flat. When I asked about it the first time I was told “we have no one trained to change it”
