East Side Mario's - Milton

We went to East side Mario's to celebrate my son's 10th birthday. The team made him feel so special. He got a toy and the owner, Zain, gifted him a hat. Our server Anna was amazing. She took care of all our requests. The food was made fresh and was delicious. We will definitely be back, the customer serve is amazing!

My 1st time at this location… Waited long time for my salad and drinks. Not very good service! Couldn’t eat the salad because had too much dressing and no server around to ask for another one. Meals were delicious.

Love to eat here and I love the ceaser salads with bacon. Always good food here. Barry, C was our waiter he was very helpful and always there if we needed something!

Arrived Thursday around 6pm service was slow server wasnt attentive and overly apologetic every time she came back to our table for a restaurant that wasn't very busy. Food made up for it. Family enjoyed the Cesar, garden salads and fresh bread. I personally loved the Cauliflower pizza crust. Added my own toppings. Would definitely go back, probably for take out though..

I went to the east side Mario with my family. We got the best dinner with very good service served by Cristo . He is such well experienced and timely manner.we really appreciate the service and food as well. Definitely will go back and recommend to my friends to this location.

Update: Very impressed with customer feedback care from Eastside Mario's team; received call & email directly from manager of the location to mitigate the issue and to clarify charges. Kids meals- $2 only on Tuesdays. Sure hope this was an isolated incident on this location and care will be taken moving forward as I see great review from other customers on this location. The only positive point: 1. Went on a Saturday night without reservation, the place was packed but they were able to accommodate us on a table and got us set-up with high chair The many negatives: 1. Ordered one appetizer, two adult mains and two kids meals- never received our salad or soup with adult meals even though she took the order, did not receive the included juice for kids until we reminded her; the signature calamari was so dry & needed some cpr; you can tell it was very frozen calamari from freezer 2. Even though we didn't receive our soup or salad, main dishes were shoved onto our small table before we even dug into appetizer; hot plates were too close to the kids. There was no regard to customers pacing of food... 3. Service was below average - no utensils were provided even after food was served until we asked - had to ask for everything, and for a stretch of time couldn't even find the girl - came back to ask what did I order exactly - didn't even bother asking are we ordering dessert, she was ready to give us the check 4. To top it all off, at east side Mario's with every entree that's over $19.99, kids meals are $2.00; realized when we got home we paid full price Worst service I've experienced ever, wish I got the server's name; gave two stars for the entrance service employees who were accommodating as we were with kids

Normally this is a fantastic location. Tonight, however they were understandably busy with Uber and Skip the dishes but that doesn't excuse serving us a very visibly clear browning salad as well as forgetting a garlic homeloaf. I could accept if it was just a few unnoticeable pieces that have started to go bad but it is clear that the whole salad was starting to go.

Great service, make sure you feel welcome. Great variety in food. Love how they are with children. Ohhh and the things that I was very surprised to see there is an actually place where you can hang jacket the first time I see this in a restaurant.Food: 5/5

Thank you for a great meal. The garlic bread was hot and crispy every time and our meals were fantastic. Ash is the best! Thank you for keeping the bread and salad coming We had a fantastic date night.

We invited 40 family members to celebrate our son’s 20th Birthday. Our severs were fantastic and everyone enjoyed the food! Thank you for making awesome memories for us all.
