FREE VALET PARKING AVAILABLE! First thing I would say it was disappointing was that they only take cash or checks. They do have an ATM available when you first walk in. For food we tried the fettuccine Alfredo, calamari, mussels in marinara sauce, minestrone soup, cheese ravioli and tortellini with Vodka sauce. The food was very delicious. Our service was a bit slow, we had to communicate across the dinning area. No menus their menu is written in a chalkboards that are around the restaurant.

Old-school Italian Chicago restaurant. I have been coming here for years and continue to love every experience. The lemon chicken with potatoes is out of this world. I always get the potatoes extra well done. I also enjoy their house Chianti in a carafe. Calamari, mussels, you name it… It’s all delicious. Friendly helpful staff. The menu is on the chalkboard. They take Venmo now, it used to be all cash. A real Chicago experience..

Loved this place and its relaxed, family vibe. We ordered the Tufanos Lemon Chicken just crispy enough with great lemon flavor that didn't overpower and the Eggplant Parm. This had really great flavors and really thin, delicate layers of eggplant. Usually, I like a bit more breading with this dish, but I still really enjoyed this. They have a really nice Chianti--we got a liter to share and had no regrets.

I've been here a couple times and I have enjoyed my meals every time, had attentive and nice staff, and no cash is never a problem with an ATM on-site. Both the outside patio and indoor dining experience are wonderful. The chicken picante with pine nuts is by far my favorite so definitely recommend! I love bread and butter and you get it at no extra cost upon seating. I wish they had more non-alcoholic and non soda beverages besides tea and coffee but the food is good. Only item I've not loved is the bruschetta because it had a strong tomato taste over the rest of the ingredients in it.

Historic local place. Cash only. Really busy after local sports games. Old school Italian.

Good food, a little pricey, and the shrimps in the Shrimp Linguini in Marinara were big and well cooked. Oh, they are cash only.

My husbands firehouse had their Xmas party here . The food was above par and the service was top notch. The food was delicious. Old family owned restaurant. Not a flashy place but I would drive there every day, which is about a 30 minute drive away everyday . Thank you so much for a great time.Food: 5/5

Went in for early dinner and food was so good! We shared stuffed artichoke and grilled calamari- both were excellent and perfectly cooked. For my entree I had angel hair with muscles, so delicious! Can't beat the quality and prices! Parking: Valet was complimentary. Always tip!
