A few days later I contacted the head of TSC, a certain M Ali, to send an expert to determine the damage. After several reminders Mr Durel came by to see the damage, he asked me to ask for the invoices of the various elements affected to make a refund. So I sent the invoices for the Macbook, the Airpods and an estimate for the change of the floor, in total 2700€ No return from M Durel, so I insisted and ended up having M Ali, he told me that the amount was too high and that he could not reimburse me. More exchanges later we found an agreement, it was of course without account with the bad faith this company. Quelques jours plus tard j’ai contacté le responsable de TSC un certain M Ali pour qu’il fasse passer un expert afin de déterminer les dégâts. Après plusieurs relance M Durel est passé pour constater les dégâts, il m’a demandé les demander les factures des différents éléments touché pour procéder à un remboursement. J’ai donc envoyé les factures du Macbook des Airpods et un devis pour le changement du sol, au total 2700€ Aucun retour de la part de M Durel, j’ai donc insisté et finit par avoir M Ali, il me dit que le montant est trop important et qu’il ne peut pas me rembourser. Plus échanges plus tard nous avons trouvé à accord, c’était bien sûr sans compte avec la mauvaise foi cette entreprise. Je les relance une énième fois et le responsable me dit qu’au final il n’accepte pas et qu’il faut que je contacte mon assurance, ce qu’il ne voulait pas du tout au début des négociations. Cette entreprise ma donc fait perdre 3 mois de mon temps pour rien et aucune avenacé sur l’état des travaux.
