Canadian Tire

Just had worst customer service experience today at the store. Booked my appointment a month ago for tire change last week when i got there machine was broken and after waiting for half hour they said its not confirmed when it will be fixed so my appointment got rescheduled for next week and i was told it will be free of cost and today when i reached they denied that and said “Machines Break” they can’t do anything sir it’s not McDonald’s ice cream machine it’s automotive where you booked my appointment and it’s your job to keep the operations running customers don’t have to suffer or pay for your negligence i wish they had some decency well would never be going back there

So today on the way to Quebec, I had a severe tire blowout on the 401 late in the day. I was able to call ahead and even though they were closing soon they prepped a tire and rim for me for when I got there with a tow truck later on. Shawn and all his employees went out of their way and treated me with the alt-most courtesy knowing the situation I was in. If I had to breakdown, could’ve not happened in a better place. Shawn I want thank you & your team in automotive and everyone else. We made safe and Les stressed

So far we have had great experiences with buying tires from their automotive department. We have purchased multiple sets over the past 2 years. The last set they replaced and installed on my truck. Fast friendly and accommodating. They have a nice display of tires,rims and vehicle parts on the wall. A clean waiting area with a washroom. Most Canadian tire stores are fairly similar it’s the staff that make them stand out. So far this place has been great to us! We drive out of our way to use them.

I had the most amazing experience at Canadian Tire Automotive recently when my car battery unexpectedly died while I was out of town. Stranded and unsure of where to turn, I pulled into the nearest Canadian Tire, and from the moment I arrived, their service was exceptional. Despite being from out of the area, they quickly took me in, examined my car with professionalism, and had a new battery installed in no time. The staff was not only fast but also incredibly kind, offering a level of small-town hospitality that made me feel truly taken care of. I couldn’t be more grateful for how they handled the situation and got me back on the road with minimal stress. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of quick, reliable, and friendly automotive service! Thank you David, Bob, Colton & Mechanics.
