Huge store. Pack a lunch. Staff could be more responsive. Approached 2 separate groups of staff discussing the best way to get merchandise on the shelves and although they saw me, I was unable to cut one from the herd. I just kept looking till I found a lonely one and he was attentive.
I had to return a lawnmower I purchased out of a bundle, and Sherry, a team member working at the customer service desk was incredible through the entire process. Amazing customer service, friendly, and genuinely happy to help.nnThank you, Sherry!
I always enjoy this home depot. I hear lots of stories of bad or no service at other Home Depots but NOT here. Always people around to help out or point you in the right direction for whatever I'm looking for.nThey have a great outdoor selection of everything you'd need for your garden.
Staff are fantastic. They are friendly and helpful every time. Charles in particular is excellent. He goes over and above and has incredible customer service. Always a good experience shopping here.
