Found lots of stuff I never thought they'd have: Equipment for DIY candles and lip balm, spices and equipment to prepare the meat, mason jars and products for making jams and pickles. It's like a treasure hunt everytime I go to this store

Very disappointed I have been too three different locations giving my information everytime because for some reason it doesn't save in your system I was at your Rockland location on December 3rd around 3:30 or so I was buying a few small items and one bag of chicken food and when. I got to the cash they still didn't have my info saved I explained that I was in a hurry and I did not want a go through this process again it's ridiculous how I have to give personal info for buying one bag of chicken and dealing with your so called manager really did not help the situation I have buying chicken feed at many different stores and I have never had to go through such experience this is my last purchase with your company

Friday evening, 1 poor soul handling the whole store. No one else on the floor for Customer assistance that actually wanted to help. Cashier gentleman handled all that he could and did not get frazzled. His colleagues were useless. Having said that, this store is huge. So much to offer, and a few good deals and a few not so good deals. #localguide

Would give 0 stars if possible. Went in for sprinklers, website stated 12 in stock. First time in this store, I politely asked 2 staff who were chatting, where the sprinklers were. One lady gave me a death stare and said “right in the next aisle” with so much eye rolling attitude it was unreal and promptly returned to chatting. After searching for 10 mins for the sprinkler I came in for, I asked another staff for assistance finding the items including showing him an online picture from this store. I ended up finding something similar myself and asked for a price check to see if this was in fact the item or just something similar. After waiting another 10 mins for him to come back, went to the cash to check the price myself. Triple the price. I asked again for the sprinkler on their page, cashier then asked original unhelpful hate stare lady who replied, with just as much professionalism as you’d expect by now, “if they’re not on the shelf, we don’t have them” and walks away. No checking, just walks away. I mentioned the online inventory and got no where. All this to say, don’t trust the online inventory and do yourself a favour and stay far away from the unbelievably rude customer service you get as a paying customer. I will go out of my way to not spend another dollar here going forward. Truly an awful experience, for sprinklers.

If I could give zero stars I would. The 2 times I've gone in it was cashier's that were there were slow and rude. I picked up a hard hat out of where I thought it was coming from saw the price and politely asked the cashier if it was right and she proceeded to let me know that if she corrected the whole store they would go out of business. Horrible attitude and even worse customer service. Please don't shop here staff is aggressive

My last visit wasn't great. I always have trouble finding help from employees here. On this last visit, no one at the cash to customer service. Waited about 3-4 minutes, then went across the street to Canadian Tire instead.

love the store, can't say the same for the front desk clerk's level of friendliness. I apologized for speaking French to her......yikes

Went to pickup a tow nehind spreader for lawn seed. Website showed 4 in stock. Asked the salesperson where to find one. She tried. Her shift ended. She passed me off to another salesperson who looked for it in the warehouse too. Almost an hour later I find out that there is no stock by a 3rd salesperson who told me the second one was on another call. Abysmal client service, and a real waste of time. Got what I needed from Amazon. I'm good. They are not good at all.

Never have any supplies for chickens. When you ask an employee when they will be receiving stock and they say * I don't know it comes when it comes"

Absolutely the WORST store, ever. Terrible customer service, rude & aggressive sales associates, store is a disaster stock everywhere and items never scan as advertised. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
