Very nice building within few minutes from downtown. They do offer 2 types of services. You may rent an apartment with a 12 months lease or rent a hotel room. You can relax at the Salon Talhia or enjoy the swimming pool and the rooftop. However, the building is having a makeover, so you can expect to see construction zones and get a bit disturbed by the noise.

Great amenities for a low price. I live in Montreal but my boyfriend was visiting and we decided to stay here. Spacious rooms and a nice pool. The location is nice because it is close to some busy streets but not actually on them so everything is quieter. Would stay here again.

I spent only 2 nights there. Very first impression: Wow!, everything super clean from the lobby to the room. My large suite apartment style with small kitchen with everything, private bathroom, great bed, clean linen, living room, TV and all what you need. The building also has a roof patio in the 23rd with stunning view, an indoor pool too in the first floor. I got to sleep in the Penthouse floor! that was funny to hear the elevator saying were I was going. Priceless how quiet and nice it was. The great view to the park and the 'walk' everywhere location felt just fantastic. I found this place randomly on internet but I am adding to my 1st place to stay in Montreal every time I go there. Wonderful experience!

Service and location was great. Within walking distance of popular and bars and restaurants downtown. Bathroom is adequate but the kitchen is quite small so don't expect to cook anything.
