We have a lovely stay here recently.  Great location in the City with a large, clean room in a Zen-like setting.  Beautifully decorated with great design sense.  Diana is a quiet and respectful host and she prepares a healthy breakfast.  We had everything we wanted...thank-you!

We booked a room here for a night, but were arriving late.   Sadly the door was locked, and nobody was answering.   We tried calling, but again no answer.    

Had to walk down the street and pay an expensive rate at the last second because needed somewhere to sleep.    

Certainly book directly, using a booking service appeared to not work - or the owners don't care to let you know you don't have a hotel.
