Quiet privately owned no frills type. Truck parking in the lot right next door. Not a lot nearby for food other than the grocery store or the restaurant across the road at the race track. One of 2 hotels/motels in town and this one is by far the better one.

I booked on short notice via email and phoned ahead to advise of my late arrival. Got there about 10:30 PM but was warmly received by the family operators. Very clean, warm & efficent. I got an excellant winter seasonal rate of $63 which represents amazing value when compared to the plethora of over priced AirB&B listings in town ... many in homes with no privacy or even a private bathroom. For a seasoned business tarveller, Travellers is the best deal I have found in Hanover.

Nice, small town outfit. New ownership since my last stay. The staff are very friendly. Clean rooms and common areas. Casino and racetrack across the street are a fun stop. Fridge and microwave in the room with a Food Basics behind the hotel.
