New Earth Estate

A great stay for a serene and romantic vacation. Went here with my partner and we had a lovely time seeing the stars at the quiet night. Everything was perfect. We had the opportunity to stay at one of the comfortable cabins and blankets were heated and cozy. There was a sauna and a hot pool nearby that you can use. But one of the best parts of the trip was spending time with the other travellers around the bonfire.

Such an amazing experience here! Totally felt connected to nature, loved all the wild flowers and actually collected lots of wild, yummy mushrooms! Amazed at how clean the washroom facility was and the hosts had amazing positive energy and very accommodating! Loved the forest trail walk we went to on the property and in particular the peddle boat on the pond was an especial treat for my little one! Definitely a place we would go back to for more visits!

Spent the Labour Day long weekend at New Earth Estate with my girlfriend and we had a great time! There are teepees, cabins, Airbnb main cottage and tiny house. We stayed in the tiny house and loved it - feels very close to nature, nice hike on the property and hot tub under stars at night, close to cute town of Markdale and two lakes for swimming and boating. Host couple was very nice and accommodating - highly recommended :

Such a unique and amazing retreat not far from the city. I’ve been coming here every year for the last 4 years and totally recommend it to anyone looking for a unique experience, immersed in nature. Good for a big group or couples. The sauna and jacuzzi make it a definite 10/10!! Breakfast is a nice touch in the morning too! Looking forward to returning!

We had an amazing time in new earth estate. A great way to connect with the nature while still taking advantage of basic amenities such as clean washrooms and hot shower. Our host was very nice and accommodating. We are planning for a return trip.Service: 5/5

Such a good place to take a break from city life.Spacious area, beautiful nature, friendly host, comfortable accommodation and clean and well equipped amenities. You can experience a private stay in the silence of winter and snow. There's also hot tub and sauna which makes it even more relaxing. Worth revisiting.Rooms: 5/5

This place was one like no other! The teepee's were clean and surrounding nature was beautiful! It's the perfect family getaway if you want an elevated camping experience. The staff were nice and provided the best service. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here with my family.Rooms: 4/5

My wife and I visited for a little weekend getaway. We booked through airb&b. First of all...the hosts are fantastic. Very helpful and very accommodating. We loved the fire heated sauna and hot tub. The bathroom facilities were also pretty great given the 'backcountry' vibe of the place. We stayed in the tiny cabin...and it is as advertised...tiny. We stayed in late September and it got quite cold at night so the stove was a must. Had to get up several times through the night to add wood to stay warm. The ladder to the upper level is brutal on the feet. You really need to wear shoes. The small river out front is pretty. It's pretty being down in the valley. The tree cover is extensive...I can't imagine the bugs in the summer! I think we nailed it on timing...

Here is a little piece of Heaven on earth. Nothing new except the attitude is from Ancient of Days. Leave every person and every campsite better than you found them...and it shall go better for you. Great place to enjoy nature with friends. The host was quick fo respond and friendly and extra helpul when our car got stuck in the snow going in. Breakfast was included and tasty. We had an amazing experience and definitely recommend.
