If it weren't for the fast wifi, I'd give them 1 star. We purchased a non-smoking room with a king sized bed and were put in a smoking room with two double beds. We found a used bar of soap in the shower, a big hair in the bathroom sink, a huge moth in the room, and a big unidentifiable bug in the hotel hallway. Everything in this hotel needs an update - the carpet, the lamp shades in the room and the outside appearance of the hotel. It also needs work on the smell of the place. It reaks of cigarette smoke. This is probably because the two workers were smoking in front of the entrance on the benches. What happened to the law where you aren't supposed to smoke within 25 feet of the building premises? When we checked out, I told the lady at the front desk and all she said was, "sorry". We won't be staying here again.

Very nice rooms and affordable! They don't accommodate tall people as far as showers go I did have to bend down. The offered breakfast was very pleasant there is something for kids and adults as well as a waffle machine!! They sauna and hot tub were very relaxing! I would definitely stay here again!!

Hafta say the staff is nice and having a bar is a plus, but food still in the fridge and karaoke staff that don't give a f!!k and broken laundry... Honestly knock this place out!!! Honestly at least a cheap hotel bar should make you feel welcome, f this place!

This hotel charged the wrong card number. We held the room with a card that they said we could change out when we got there. However, they ended up charging both cards and then when we called about the mistake, the management wouldn't help. We had to call the bank. Our friends in the other room had no water in the shower and no heat, they were brought a portable heater that didn't work so they froze all night. The hotel gave them $10 off the room instead of a full or partial refund. This hotel belongs on an episode of Hotel Impossible.

The heat didn't work and it was in the teens outside. No discount because I prepaid through an app.
