TownePlace Suites by Marriott Pocatello

Upon check-in we were pleased and surprised that they had already upgraded us into a 2 bedroom suite. Very nice room and my daughter was grateful to have her own room instead of a pull out sofa bed. Thanks Marriott!

Very clean..friendly! Very nice Suite. Lots of room and the breakfast was great. Didn't catch the lady's name at the front desk but we checked out on 02/25/2018 around 9:40am she was very friendly and nice. We will for sure book at the Towneplace again if we are ever back in town

Im so disappointed with TownePlace. I had high hopes coming back to my home town and thinking I was staying in a nice hotel. My husband & I stayed in a two bedroom king suit with a kitchenette & livingroom. The hotel itself was very nice, clean & up to date I give you that but the service was absolutely horrible! No housekeeping; we had no clean sheets our entire stay, floors were never vaccumed/mopes, no clean towels and we had piles of trash that was never taken out. After speaking with the front desk & the housekeeper on our floor several times we were never taken care of. We sent a review to the management hoping he’d have good news or at least a sincere apology but we got neither. He insured us his hotel wasn’t what we explained and left it at that. I will not waste my dime on this hotel again. Very disappointed.

Passed through on business. Not much to complain about though the furniture was a little worn around the edges.

Haven't stayed here. I just work at Jakers which has amazing food and staff! Come see us if you stay at TownePlace Suites! Tell them Danimal sent ya! Hahaha
