Quality Inn

So I honestly thought that for the price we paid it would have been a better stay. We reserved two queen beds and ended up getting a king and couch bed. That couch bed sucked and now my back is all screwed up. Also the water pressure was so low it took me 20 min just to wash out the shampoo. I felt like I was going to fall threw the tub, cause it was all cracking and creaking. We will not ever stay here again.

We didn't stay here actually, but the staff helped us when we were in a really difficult situation and didn't know how to get out. We were pulling our fifth wheel and gas parked next to the hotel behind a semi truck. We left plenty of space to pull out and went to eat before starting our trip again. When we got back to our truck it had gotten colder and everything was beginning to freeze. Everytime we let off the brake the weight of the trailer pushed our truck closer to the semi and we weren't able to maneuver onto the road from behind the semi. After doing everything we could think of, I went into the hotel to see if i could find the semi truck owner to have him move the truck to let us out without hitting him. The manager, Donna, tried to help us in any way she could even though we weren't guests at the hotel. The maintenance guy, (Bob, I think), brought a shovel and rock salt and helped dig the ice out from under our tires and sprinkle salt to give us traction. It took a while but we were able to get out thanks to his help. We couldn't have done it without him. We are grateful for their kindness!!

Great location! The time were clean but could use some new paint and trim, especially in the bathroom. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I have used Choice Hotels for years and have usually had a good experience. This was not one of their better performances. The door to my room did not close by itself, had to be forcefully pulled closed. I had left it unlocked for a while before I noticed it. The breakfast was terrible! The waffle batter was different and the waffle crumbled apart when I tried to take it out of the waffle iron. The taste was worse, it turned to mush after I put the syrup on it. It may have just been the busy time but I had to go back to my room to eat.

Good experience with a clean and fresh room. Flat screen TV, good water pressure, nice breakfast & friendly staff. Overall, a good value.
